Subscription & Auto-Renewal Agreement

By clicking the “Become a Member” button on any registration form and providing payment information, you agree to an annual purchase of 12 months of Prinsights Global Elite, and to receive promotional emails. You also acknowledge that all payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third party. By providing your payment information, you agree to our Terms of Service, as well as Stripe’s terms of service, and you acknowledge that Nomi Prins LLC does not manage or have access to your financial transaction information.

Your 12-month subscription begins immediately upon signup, and your payment method will be charged the full annual subscription price listed on the registration form at the time of purchase. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you decide Prinsights Global Elite is not right for you, simply contact our support team within seven (7) days of your initial purchase to request a cancellation and full refund. This money-back guarantee applies strictly to new subscribers and is limited to one (1) refund per customer.

You may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time by accessing your account dashboard. Self-service cancellation stops future automatic annual renewals; to avoid being charged for a subsequent billing cycle, you must cancel at least one day prior to your annual renewal date. Canceling your subscription prevents future annual charges, and you will retain full access to Prinsights Global Elite for the remainder of your paid 12-month term. You will receive a reminder prior to your subscription being renewed.

Refund & Final Sale Policy

Except as expressly provided under our 7-day money-back guarantee, all membership purchases and automatic renewals are final and non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription after the 7-day guarantee period has expired, your cancellation will prevent future annual billing cycles, but will not result in a prorated refund for the remaining duration of your active 12-month membership term.

Intellectual Property & License to Use

All research, reports, commentary, and materials provided through Prinsights Global Elite are the exclusive intellectual property of Nomi Prins LLC. Subscriptions grant a single, non-transferable, limited license for personal use only. Sharing account credentials or redistributing proprietary content without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, without prior notice or refund, for violations of these Terms of Service, suspected fraudulent activity, or unauthorized distribution of content.
